March 1, 2018 @ 5:00 PM - May 24, 2018 @ 6:30 PM

Flitter teaches fundamentals with 5th and 6th grade girls.

The Girls Basketball Camp 2018 by Level Up Sports is led by coaches who have succeeded at the high school level, and who understand what makes the girl’s game unique and how to train female athletes. Through technical instruction, rigorous drill sequences and guided game-situational play, campers in grades 3, 4 and 5 can expect to level up!

What Parents Are Saying...

Sue Miller Level Up Sports Academy Testimonial

Coach Flitter focuses on some of the most critical yet often overlooked aspects of youth basketball – integrity, fair play, sportsmanship and positive attitude.

– Sue Miller

Mike Kim Level Up Sports Academy Testimonial

Coach Flitter is patient, committed, consistent, and inspires student athletes to grow and develop as selfless teammates. The effect of his style on my boys have been extraordinary as they have developed confidence, poise and concern for others.

– Mike Kim

Level Up Sports Academy - Wendy Pratt

At such a critical point in my son’s life he was a positive and inspiring role model.  Coach Flitter has the ability to delicately balance being a demanding coach with positive and motivating messaging.

– Wendy Pratt

Level Up Sports Academy - Karen Johnston

Bill Flitter was my son’s CYO Basketball head coach from 3rd through 8th grade and the experience was extremely positive. Practices were well organized, challenging,  and there was no wasted time.

– Karen Johnston

Level Up Sports Academy

Our daughter had the privilege of Bill Flitter coaching her first year of CYO Basketball. She came into the program with just one year of experience so there was the need to learn skills and technique. With Bill’s approach, coaching experience and patience he was able to capture the attention of several 8 year old girls.

– Staci Kramer

What She'll Learn

Level Up’s Girls Basketball Camp 2018 will focus on the most important mental & physical fundamentals she needs to succeed on and off the court. Our main focus is learning basketball fundamentals and how to play the game correctly.

Grades: 3, 4 & 5
Date: March 1 – May 31 2018
Time: Every Thursday 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: 2120 Olivera Ct. Concord, CA
Cost: $199 (qualified families can apply for a scholarship during registration to cover the cost)

And in the Summer (June & July) they can put their hard work to the test with 8 league games.

At Level Up’s Girls Basketball Camp 2018 we keep our training simple and comprehendable.

The “ABC’s“, for example, goes into the mechanics of succeeding on any offense.

In addition, she’ll also learn:

Hoops for Hope basketball

The 5 biggest mistakes most players make that keep them from shooting consistently.  In fact, avoiding just one of these mistakes could help her improve her shooting percentage.

Hoops for Hope basketball

An amazingly simple technique that allows her to quickly dominate on defense.

Hoops for Hope basketball

Embrace challenges, learn from mistakes and practice without fear. Not to mention, we provide campers with a steady stream of fundamentals, shooting analysis, developing one on one skills and competition.

Meet the Coaches

Debbie Krackeler, Level Up Girls Coach

I love that moment when girls realize we really mean it when we tell them “In basketball, it’s ok to steal…in fact, it’s encouraged!”I have been coaching girls teams for the past five years and love when they’re infected with a love of the game while gaining confidence on the court, translating to off-court confidence. So many on-court skills help in developing mature, caring people: teamwork, leadership, awareness, unselfishness. I love developing both on and off court skills with these girls!

Level Up Sports Academy Bill Flitter Instructor

For the last 3 years, I’ve been an active member of the St. Perpetua CYO Board,  the Freshmen head basketball coach at De La Salle High School in Concord, CA. I was recently honored to coach with USA Basketball youth program during the 2016 Summer Olympics.

My coaching philosophy, “Get comfortable being uncomfortable.” Basketball is a correlation to life and unless you are doing things that push you, you won’t grow. I practice what I preach when I auditioned to be in a commercial with Steph Curry.  I was chosen for the role. It was a blast!

Lauren Kobashigawa

I am a 16-year-old sophomore at Acalanes High School. I helped out with Level Up last year and am I so excited to be back this season! Basketball has been a major part in my life; I played 7 years of CYO as a St. Perpetua Panther and I am a 2-year starter, playing both guard positions, for the Acalanes Girl’s Varsity team. I love the game of basketball and I am looking forward to a ton of fun in the upcoming season!
